Oshikka founded Markitiers Media Group in 2012 after a decade in healthcare and consumer marketing. She started the agency with a single belief: that the best marketing is built on craft, accountability, and a real point of view.
Fourteen years later, that belief is the through-line in everything the agency does. Oshikka leads the healthcare practice personally and remains closely involved in every major client engagement.
She splits time between Mumbai and Dubai, and is a frequent speaker on healthcare marketing and the South-Asia/Middle East corridor.
